- Sunday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Someone must man your booth each day until the show closes

- Tables will be released at 8:30 AM Saturday if you have not arrived or called

💲 Table Pricing & Reservations
- Standard table price: $100 for all shows
- Non-gun related tables: $175 each (prior approval required)
- Reservations with payment only
- To reserve same/similar tables for next show, must reserve by Sunday at 10:00AM
- $5 discount applies ONLY if re-reserved at the show buy Sunday at 10:00AM
- All tables not reserved by Sunday at 10:00AM are open to other vendors
💳 Payment Policies - NO checks accepted at the show
- 100 % payment due at time of email or phone reservation (3% credit card fee)
❌ Cancellations, No-Shows & Refunds
- One rollover per year per venue. Same location not guaranteed
- Payment due for tables that cannot be re-sold
- No-shows owe full price of tables reserved
- Weather conditions do not constitute a valid reason to cancel
- All rollovers & refunds for cancellations are at promoter’s sole discretion
- All table refunds subject to a 10% per-table administrative fee
🧾 Taxes
- Taxes are collected at the show or mailed afterward
- Tax requirements vary by parish and will be explained at check-in
- Local tax form provided (state forms available online)
- Longview, TX requires a TX tax ID number
🛡️ Merchandise & Security
- Bring a table cover and a waterproof covering for overnight
- 24-hour security provided, but you are ultimately responsible for your merchandise
- Promoter not responsible for water damage (A/C or roof leaks)

- Power available at all shows
- Bring your own extension cord and tape
- Gaffers tape ONLY — NO Gorilla tape!
- Vendor responsible for any damage to floors or walls

- $60: MS Coast Coliseum (Biloxi) and Slidell

Gun Show Rules
In exchange for Classic Arms Productions, LLC (“DBA 2A Events”) authorizing the “Exhibitor” to appear at a show for which the Exhibitor has executed a 2A Events reservation and paid the appropriate fee(s), the Exhibitor and all his/her agents or employees (“Exhibitor”) and (“2A Events”) hereby agree that from the time that set-up for the show begins through and including breakdown of the show at the conclusion of the last day, Exhibitor will:
Firearms and Weapons Safety
- All firearms and weapons—including handguns, rifles, shotguns, crossbows, air pellet guns, and all other weapons, whether for sale or personal use—must always remain unloaded while inside the show facility, including before, during, and after show hours. This requirement also includes concealed carry permit holders.
- All firearms must be secured with a tie rendering them inoperable and incapable of being fired or loaded. All firearms brought into or received at the show must be tied in accordance with the attached Gun Tie Instructions dated 01/01/2024.
- Magazine-fed handguns must be tied through the barrel (examples provided). When tied through the barrel, the magazine may be inserted for display purposes only. If a handgun cannot be tied through the barrel, the magazine must be removed and placed in the firearm’s case, bagged the same method as loose ammunition (see Rule 9), or stored out of public reach.
- Exhibitors may not open for business until all firearms are properly tied.
- If a zip tie is removed to allow customer inspection, the Exhibitor must:
- Personally inspect the firearm, confirm the action is clear, and remain with the firearm until it is re tied and rendered inoperable.
- Gun ties are available at registration and sold at cost.
- Firearms tied by the trigger or dry firing are strictly prohibited.
- Tube-fed firearms must be inspected for ammunition using a rod and light. If the tube is removable, it must be removed and inspected.
- All firearms acquired from a customer or vendor during the show must be inspected to ensure they are unloaded, magazines empty, and then retied immediately.
- Ammunition must always remain sealed in boxes or bags. Ammunition dealers must avoid overloading tables. Exhibitors are responsible for any damage caused by excessive weight.
- Exhibitor understands and acknowledges:
a. Any discharge of a firearm or weapon at or near Exhibitor’s table—or any discharge involving Exhibitor’s property anywhere in or around the facility—may result in:- immediate removal from the show without refund, permanent ban from future 2A Events shows at 2A Events sole discretion, and possible criminal or civil liability.
b. Exhibitor is fully responsible for the conduct of all employees, agents, and members of their party.

Conduct and Operations
Show hours (unless otherwise noted): Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Sunday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Setup hours: Friday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM; Saturday: 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM
Exhibitors must remain open and staffed during all show hours. Exhibitors are responsible for their merchandise at all times. 2A Events must be notified prior to early departure due to emergency.
- All fees must be paid prior to setup. Late reservations require credit card payment. Unclaimed tables revert to 2A Events at 8:30 AM Saturday unless prior notice is provided. Phone calls only for late arrival or cancellations: 985-624-8577.
- To reserve the same or similar table location for the next show, reservations must be made by 10AM Sunday to receive the $5/table discount. All tables not reserved by 10AM are open for reservations by other exhibitors.

- Exhibitors must comply with all insurance requirements, Fire Marshal regulations, and directives from 2A Events staff, law enforcement, and venue officials. Exhibitors must carry their own insurance in the event of theft or damage to their merchandise or exhibit at their own risk.
- Table layouts may not be altered without approval. No carts in aisles during show hours. Nothing may block aisles or exits. Merchandise must remain on or under tables. Tables must remain uncovered and open until show closes.
- Exhibitors using personal tables will be charged the standard table rate. Cheater boards are prohibited. Sales may only be conducted from paid tables and within assigned space. No soliciting in aisles, entrances, or outside the venue.
- Exhibitors must use waterproof table coverings overnight. 2A Events are not responsible for water damage. Merchandise may not be left on the floor without waterproof protection.
- Exhibitors who bring children or animals are responsible for their supervision and conduct.
- Badge policy: Maximum of two (2) badges per exhibitor. Badges must be requested at check-in. Lost badges require replacement fees. No admission without a badge or paid entry.
- Alcoholic beverages and controlled substances are strictly prohibited at all times, including during setup and breakdown.
- Prohibited items: No raffles, flea market items, counterfeit merchandise, or non-gun-related products without prior approval. Prohibited items include but are not limited to:
– explosive ordnance, solvent traps, destructive devices, forced reset triggers, conversion parts for fully automatic firearms, pornographic or offensive materials. - 2A Events reserve the right to remove objectionable items.
- No books or materials describing the manufacture of illegal devices, hate-based content, or materials objectionable to show management are permitted.
- No loud TVs, audio, or music. Headphones required. Internet access is not guaranteed.
- No stapling, screwing, taping, or nailing to tables or walls. Gun racks must not overload tables. All signage must remain within exhibitor space. Electrical cords must be secured with gaffer’s tape only (No Gorilla/Duct Tape).
- Failure to comply with any rule may result in immediate removal and permanent exclusion from future shows.
Legal Provisions
- Agrees to indemnify and hold Classic Arms Productions, LLC (DBA 2A Events), its sponsors, officers, agents and employees risk-free from and against any and all liabilities, damages, losses, actions or cause of action, cost and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising in any way from the Exhibitor’s participation at the show, whether caused by Exhibitor, its employees, agents or any others in its party and relating to any matter whatsoever, including, without limitation, personal injury, death or property damage to (i) any third person(s) or the property of any third person(s) or (ii) Exhibitor, its employees or agents;
- Understands and acknowledges that 2A Events, its sponsors, directors, officers, agents, and employees are not in any way responsible for property delivered to the show site for goods kept on the show premises before, during, or after the show.
- Releases 2A Events, its sponsors, officers, agents, and employees from any incident or claim that in any way arises out of Exhibitor’s participation at the show, including but not limited to claims for personal injury to Exhibitor or any third party, even if such party was caused by 2A Event’s gross negligence.
Understands that nothing herein obligates 2A Events to permit Exhibitor to attend any future 2A Events and 2A Events expressly retains the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to deny admittance to anyone for any lawful reason, including, but not limited to failure to obey any of the terms set forth herein.
